This Early Childhood Education Center is seekinga Teacher Aide for 19 hours a week and the benefits include paid time off.

Responsibilities/Duties: The duties include providing for the development of each child spiritually, socially, intellectually, physically, and emotionally, collaborating with lead teacher to support curriculum by implementing outlined plans, to prepare and be involved in the physical preparations and clean-up of classroom activities as outlined in each classroom's list of duties, and engaging with small groups and/or free choice play time


Skill Sets: Communication skills, enthusiastic supporter of Lutheran higher education and Concordia University Chicago, attention to detail, the ability to organize tasks, the ability to work with and cooperate with supervisory staff at all levels, and the ability to review, understand, and apply concepts presented at conferences and/or professional literature


Education Requirements: High School / GED is required, a Bachelors degree in a related field is preferred.
