  • Teach the Elementary Math Content course and/or Methods-Assessment course.
  • Teach in the flipped classroom design (face-to-face and online).
  • Teach during evenings/Satrudays.
  • Participate in Concordia Adjunct Faculty Enrichment (CAF) each Fall.

Skill Sets: 

  • Demonstrated competency in working with and supporting adult learners, graduate-level teaching experience preferred.
  • Familiarity in using Blackboard.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Minimum Experience Required:

  • Hold Elementary teaching credential.
  • Endorsement in Math (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in K-6 classrooms.
  • Familiarity with Common Core (CC) Math standards.
  • Familiar with edTPA Elementary Math (strongly preferred).

Education Requirements: Earned doctorate in Education or related field preferred; Masters in Math Education (preferred) or related field with 5 years of relevant experience will be considered.
